Refund policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
The customer must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To initiate the process, you will need to send:
Clear photographs of the defect.
Confirmation that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
About Books:
For copyright reasons and the type of product, we do not accept exchanges or returns on physical books unless they arrive with obvious printing defects.
If your book arrived with printing defects, please contact us within the first 7 days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the defect. We will be happy to evaluate the case and provide you with a fair solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Damage caused by misuse (water, perfumes, chemicals, impacts, etc.).
Natural wear and tear of the product due to everyday use.
Accidents or losses attributable to the courier company.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us photos or a video of the problem.
We will carefully evaluate your case and, if applicable, offer you a fair solution, such as:
Exchange for a new item.
Partial or full refund.
In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the error is ours.
